Welcome to the website (“Website”) and mobile application (“Mobile App”) of Devgro (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “DEVGRO”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”).

By browsing, accessing, or using this Website/Mobile App, or by purchasing our water purifiers, RO systems, or booking any maintenance services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should discontinue use immediately.

1. General Conditions & Eligibility

  • Use of the Website/Mobile App is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

  • DEVGRO reserves the right to amend, update, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Products and Pricing

  • Product Accuracy: We strive to display the colors, specifications, and designs of our water purifiers as accurately as possible. However, actual system aesthetics may slightly vary depending on upgrades.

  • Pricing: All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. DEVGRO reserves the right to change prices at any given time due to market conditions or technical errors.

  • Typographical Errors: In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, DEVGRO shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed.

3. Service, Installation & Maintenance

  • Installation: Standard installation of domestic RO systems is carried out by authorized DEVGRO technicians. Any additional plumbing material or specialized pressure pumps required at the site will be charged extra.

  • Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) & Repair:

    • Services are rendered based on the specific plan chosen by the consumer.

    • Technicians will only use genuine DEVGRO food-grade spare parts and components during replacement.

    • Breakdown support timelines are subject to local technician availability in your area (e.g., Ahilyanagar/Maharashtra regions).

4. Payments and Billing

  • Payments must be made via our integrated secure third-party payment gateways using approved credit cards, debit cards, net banking, or UPI.

  • DEVGRO is not responsible for transaction failures resulting from banking network issues or unauthorized card usage.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Order Cancellation: Customers can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the item has not been dispatched for installation or shipping.

  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days, subject to standard banking procedures.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content included on the Website/Mobile App—such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, digital downloads, and data compilations—is the exclusive property of Devgro (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by Indian trademark and copyright laws.

  • Unauthorised replication, modification, or commercial exploitation of the DEVGRO brand name, logo, or proprietary product designs is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • DEVGRO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

  • The quality of purified water is heavily dependent on the inlet raw water quality. DEVGRO is not responsible for rapid filter degradation caused by highly abnormal input TDS levels beyond the stated capacity of the purchased machine.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

  • Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahilyanagar, Maharashtra.
